I have been reviewing your forum and the problem I have owned my printer for around 2 years looking for a firmware update to correct this problem. I have been researching all over the internet for a solution to my printer freezing issues and I can't believe that for 4 years this problem has not been resolved Of course there are others, but they appear to be as expensive as a whole new printer. Here are some instructions using dd-wrt with an old router (can probably snag one on ebay for $10) as a print server. Http:/ / wiki/ index.php/ Printer_Sharing It involves a bit of work and patience and I have never done it before, but it was a class project for the night group when I was back at school and I know it is do-able. You can always shut off wireless all together and get a jet direct or hack a router to act as a wireless point for the printer.
